In relation to website design and creative services, Mawer Design operates a separate Asset Deletion Policy, under which project files and design assets are typically retained for up to 30 days following final handover, unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is in place.

After this period, files may be deleted from our active systems in line with our data minimisation practices. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have securely stored any files or materials provided.
